Abstract:

Complete uterine spine is rare. Uterus may spine around its own axis. Few cases are reported. Common cases of torsion are fibroma, uterus anomaly and ovarian cyst when it is more likely to be mistaken for another common cause and then torsion of uterus has been diagnosed. This case was a 20-years-old woman, primi gravid due to generalize sever pain abdominal. In order to rule out other causes such pyelonephritis, abrubptio placenta, red degeneration myoma and appendicitis. Pain was increased and then patient was lapratomyzed.Uterus was rotated in a apposite clock wise direction through 720 twist around its axis.

Background: This study aimed to compare the continuous ROTATION and reciprocating movements of rotary files in achieving apical patency in root canal retreatment. Materials and Methods: This in vitro, experimental study evaluated 64 extracted mandibular molars. The teeth were prepared up to F3 with ProTaper Universal and obturated using lateral compaction technique. The teeth were divided into four groups (n = 16) based on the mesiobuccal canal curvature (Schneider’, s method) and type of ROTATIONal movement. Groups 1 and 2 included straight canal teeth retreated with WaveOne Gold and ProTaper Universal Retreatment system, respectively. Groups 3 and 4 included teeth with moderately curved root canals retreated with WaveOne Gold and ProTaper Universal, respectively. Apical patency was ensured by observing the tip of a hand K‑, file at the apical foramen. Data were analyzed using the Fisher’, s exact test. P < 0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Results: Apical patency was successFULLy achieved in all 16 teeth in group 1 (100%) and 15 teeth in group 2 (93. 75%). No significant difference was noted between continuous ROTATION and reciprocating movements in straight canals (P = 1. 00). Apical patency was successFULLy achieved in 15 teeth in group 3 (93. 75%) and 12 teeth in group 4 (75%). No significant difference was noted between continuous ROTATION and reciprocating movements in moderately curved canals either (P = 0. 333). Conclusion: Both continuous ROTATION and reciprocating movements are equally effective in achieving apical patency in straight or moderately curved mesiobuccal canal of mandibular molars.

Abstract:

Using FULL duplex communication systems called FD, is a new technique for increasing the spectral efficiency. That`s why it has been considered seriously in the new generation of communication systems. The main challenge of the FULL-duplex system is the self-interference, which has to be decreased properly. In this paper, we consider a FULL-duplex cellular network base station and using the antenna selection technique to reduce its self-interference issue. For appropriate antenna selection, we present a new criterion. In this new criterion, antenna selection has been modeled and solved as a multi-objective optimization problem. In this new criterion, antennas which simultaneously minimizes interference channel gain and maximizes uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) channel gains are selected for transmission and reception. Since the goal of the base station is a good performance in both the UL and DL channels and reduction of the self-interference simultaneously, the multi-objective criterion has a better performance when compared to single-objective criteria. In the common single-objective criteria, only the UL and DL channels or interference channel is considered. Finally, simulation results show that the new criterion has more throughput rate than the other single-objective antenna selection technique in the FULL duplex systems.

Abstract:

Introduction: Intentional and non-intentional changes achieved in rhinoplasty, especially in two important nasal indices (nasal tip ROTATION and nasal tip projection) are not constant and tip ROTATION and tip projection loss will gradually occur in these patients. In this study we aimed to quantify and compare the rate of these losses in two common rhinoplasty techniques -open versus closed rhinoplasty. Methods: This clinical trial was performed on 68 patients in two groups - namely open (O) and closed (C) rhinoplasty groups. Nasal tip ROTATION (NTR) and projection (NTP) 4 weeks and 1 year after surgery were measured using standard photographs taken from the patients. The rate of alteration in these measurements within the said period was analyzed and compared in the two groups. Results: NTR loss in groups (O) and (C) measured 7.4 and 2.64, respectively (P<0.001). NTP loss in groups (O) and (C) was 2.44% and 2.26%, respectively (P=0.78).Discussion: The consistency of surgical results and structural properties of nasal skeleton (tip ROTATION and tip projection) are higher in closed rhinoplasty technique compared with the open approach.

Abstract:

Gravitational multipole moments of the Sun are still poorly known. Theoretically, the difficulty is mainly due to the differential ROTATION for which the velocity rate varies both on the surface and with the depth. From an observational point of view, the multipole moments cannot be directly measured. However, recent progresses have been made proving the existence of a strong radial differential ROTATION in a thin layer near the solar surface (the leptocline). Applying the theory of rotating stars, we will first compute values of J2 and J4 taking into account the radial gradient of ROTATION, then we will compare these values with the existing ones, giving a more complete review. We will explain some astrophysical outcomes, mainly on the relativistic Post Newtonian parameters. Finally we will conclude by indicating how space experiments (balloon SDS flights, Golf NG, Beppi-Colombo, Gaia...) will be essential to unambiguously determine these parameters.

Abstract:

Background & Aim: Extrusion of debris from apex is one of the main factors of flare up (inflammation, pain or combination of both). Various studies have been conducted toward the amount of debris extrusion but no one compared this drawback on one – shape and xp-shaper system in curved root canals. So, this study aimed to determine the amount of apical debris extrusion following preparation of canal by one-shape or xp-shaper in curved canals of mesiobuccal root in mandibular first molars.Material & Method: This experimental study was done on 34 mandibular first molars with 30 to 40 degree curved mesiobuccal root canal. The samples were randomly divided in two groups. First group had one –shape for root canal preparation while the other had xp-shaper. Roots of the teeth were fixed in pre weighted fluxes till cervical area so that all apical debris were collected in vials. After desiccation process, the vials were weighted again. The difference between original and secondary weight of vials containing debris is considered as weight of debris extrusion. Data were analyzed using T-test.Results: Amount of debris extrusion in one– shape group was 0.018±0.014 and in xp-shaper group was 0.01±0.007 and the difference was statistically significant (0.01).Conclusion: Considering the situation and limitation of this in vitro study, xp-shaper rotary system was associated with less debris extrusion compared to one – shape systems.

Abstract:

Quantum Cellular Automata (QCA) is an alternative promising nanotechnology for semiconductor transistor based technology. QCA benefits from several features such as high speed, low power consumption and can be used for extremely dense structures. One of the important issues in arithmetic circuits is design of FULL adder/FULL subtractor (FA/FS respectively). Our main contribution in this paper is proposing a one-bit FA/FS which benefits from less cell counts compared to the state-of-the-art technologies. The proposed QCA FA/FS ameliorate the number of cells in comparison with the best FA/FS studied in the literature. As well as the mentioned feature, temperature analysis of suggested circuit shows that our design is more tough compared to the previous works.
